PACKAGING：
Being professional bag supplier, we recognize the significance of receiving your bags and accompanying accessories in pristine condition. Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box (inclusive of the original gift box) to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

Delivery times may vary if you’re outside these countries and may differ based on your country’s customs processing times. We do not control customs fees or policies, and our free shipping does not cover these fees.
You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure that you enter correct and precise details, such as email and shipping address, upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that have been held by local post due to incorrect address, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:
A.If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you. Please contact us ASAP at acexeco@outlook.com, and be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.
B.If after receiving the product, our product is broken or the plant is wilted. Please contact us and we will reissue it free of charge
